I am born 1982, raised and living in Gothenburg, Sweden.
I have almost finished my studies of architecture at Chalmers Tekniska Högskola where I have also taken classes in
figure drawing and egg tempera.
The important thing for me is creative outlet, either it's painting, drawing, architecture or something else.
I mostly paint watercolours now but plan to paint more oils, I love the texture of oils!
I am attracted to the direct quality of watercolor. To be able to express a lot with as few brushstrokes as possible.
Flowing, unpredictable. The audience has to partake in the painting and fill in the blanks. You only have one shot
when you paint watercolours, they will die if you overwork them. Frustrating, but at the same time liberating.
Works well with my restless personality!
